As we tour the world learning about food from different areas, we move on to French Cuisine. There is no better food to emulate this region than French Baguettes... and no better person to show us the art of baguette making than Maggie Seay!! She spent the entire day showing each class how to proof the yeast, work the dough, form properly shaped baguettes, and (everyones favorite part) eat warm baguettes fresh out of the oven!! :P Truly a fun, hands on day for everyone! Glad to have you back, Mrs. Seay!!
